Pick 1, 2, 3 hours and so on — the booking screen steps in 60-minute blocks, so a 2½-hour session is not on offer. Starts online are on the hour too; the counter keeps a finer 30-minute grid, so a 2:30 PM start is one the team can set up in person.
One booking runs up to 8 hours. Closing time can make it shorter — a late start leaves fewer hours than a morning one.
Those 10 minutes are held for the turnaround, so the next party cannot begin the moment yours ends — a room finishing at 8:00 PM still reads as taken at 8:00 PM. The wait costs you nothing: it sits outside your hours and outside your bill. The open bays have no such gap.
Inside that window the slot leaves the app; come to the counter and the team will set you up if the bay is free.
Arrive late and the bay is held for 20 minutes past your start before the booking is treated as a no-show.
SWAG Club covers ages 18 and up; Little SWAG Club covers under-18s. Being young enough does not by itself earn the junior rate — the membership does.
The figure you see is the figure you pay; nothing is added at checkout.
You can reschedule a booking up to 2 times instead, at no charge.
